Shipping
The Vermont Gift Barn carries over 15,000 different products in many medias from Vermont food products and inexpensive souvenirs to original paintings. Many of these products are hand made and very fragile, and because of this our producs vary in size, shape, weight and how they need to be packaged for UPS. It was only possible for us to use a shipping method that based costs on a flat dollar amount. Sometimes this may skew shipping amounts and we apologize for this. We ship UPS Standard Ground Shipping. Delivery time is 5-14 business days for in stock items.

In-Store Pick Up: We are now offering In-store pickup on items ordered online. If you are in the local area and would prefer to pick up your item in the store to avoid shipping costs, please select In-Store Pick Up as your shipping option. For the shipping address, please enter the same address as your billing address.

Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date for store credit only. Must have original receipt. No refunds on shipping charges. Customer pays all shipping charges for item(s) sent back to the Vermont Gift Barn.

No returns or exchanges on special orders, food items, or earrings.

Items returned for store credit must be in the same condition they left the store and include all original tags and packaging.

The Vermont Gift Barn guarantees all of our non-food products to be free from manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the original purchase date. After this period, we will be happy to help put you in contact with the manufacturer should a problem arise.

Food shipments are at customer’s risk, Vermont Gift Barn and UPS are not responsible for weather conditions including temperature and humidity. Please consider this when placing your order.
